Welcome to a world where everyone wants to eat you! To survive, you must fend off attacks from other players and hunt them down before hunger catches up with you. During the game, you take on the role of one of the TOOTHEADs - inhabitants of a trash-filled island where the remnants of human civilization fuel a fierce existence.

Eat or be eaten. Scour for better weapons, land precise hits, and torment your fellow players with sneaky tricks. And when everyone sharpens their teeth for you, play special cards or count on the mercy of the island. In short: do whatever it takes to survive. The game ends with the victory of the last player left at the table.

    Empower your character and harass your opponents with biting tricks. Mini-Tricks work only once, while Mega-Tricks last for the entire round. The arsenal of pranks is vast and incredibly fun!

    Choose the weapon that best fits your survival strategy! Each one has a different strength and a unique ability, so both offensive and defensive players will find something for themselves.

  • HIT CARDS

ISLAND CARDS

They can really shake up the game. A great choice for daredevils and players with nerves of steel. Island cards usually affect all players, but they can also reward or punish only the one who dared to reveal them.

    A sturdy, foldable board with standard artwork on the front and a volcano scene with the Heroes expansion characters on the back.

    A sturdy wooden game piece with printing on both sides.

HEROES

The expansion includes 4 new characters, 55 cards, and 6 dice, and also allows gameplay for 2 to 12 players. The heroes from the Heroes expansion have unique abilities, and Toothead's dice allocation is reversed: from a 12-sided die with 4 slices to a 6-sided die with 1 slice.
