Shipping policy

We ship orders to most countries worldwide.
We reserve the right to refuse orders to countries subject to international sanctions, war zones, or where severe logistical challenges exist.

2.⁠ ⁠Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Shipments are dispatched on business days. In case of delays, you will be notified by email.

3.⁠ ⁠Estimated Delivery Time
Poland: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
Rest of the world: 7–35 business days

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.

5.⁠ ⁠Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link (if available).

6.⁠ ⁠Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

7.⁠ ⁠Customs Duties and Taxes
Buyers outside the European Union may be required to pay local taxes and customs duties – these are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

8.⁠ ⁠Returns of Undelivered Packages
If a package is not collected or an incorrect address is provided, the cost of reshipping will be covered by the Buyer.
