2. Purpose of data processing

Personal data (e-mail address) are processed for the purpose of:

  • sending a newsletter containing information about new products, promotions, special offers, events and marketing content regarding products and services offered by our store,
  • analysis of the effectiveness of mailing campaigns (e.g. open rates, clicks).


3. Legal basis

Personal data are processed on the basis of:

  • Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR – voluntary consent to receive the newsletter.

Granting consent is voluntary, but necessary to receive the newsletter.


4. Data storage period

The data will be processed until:

  • withdrawal of consent by the User,
  • cessation of the newsletter by the Administrator.

After withdrawal of consent, the data will be deleted immediately, unless their further processing is justified by other legal obligations.


5. Data recipients

Data may be transferred to external service providers supporting us in the management of the newsletter (e.g. mailing system providers), and processing takes place in accordance with applicable law and concluded data processing agreements.


6. Rights of the data subject

The newsletter subscriber has the right to:

  • access to your data,
  • their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing,
  • data transfer,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

7. No profiling

Your personal data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of the GDPR.
